Robbie is the President and founder of Westmount Capital Mortgage Corporation. He has been involved in all phases of the firm's development since its founding and is responsible for its overall operations including origination, underwriting and servicing of the WCMC loan portfolio. Robbie has over 15 years of real estate and business experience in financing, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures. Prior to founding Westmount Capital Mortgage Corporation, Robbie headed up the Mortgage Lending for Sylcorp Inc., and from 2001-2005, Robbie was the Director of Mortgage Investment Banking at Firm Capital Corporation in Toronto, one of the largest non-bank mortgage lenders in Canada. Robbie graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business, with Honors of Business Administration in 2001.
As Vice President David oversees all aspects related to underwriting and servicing Westmount Capital Mortgage Corporation loans as well as real estate acquisitions for Westmount Capital Properties.
Cynthia handles the administration of Westmount Capital Mortgage Corporation’s loan portfolio as well as all offsite work related to Westmount Capital Properties.
